Stop in store to see what they had, Greeted by a vey helpful clerk who had a bright smile and his action changed my attitude for the rest of the dayThe selections available was unbelievable for a store in NebraskaI look forward to coming back

I have found myself in this store three times in the last 2 years.First visit: I introduced myself to the owner and told him I was new to Omaha and was looking for good cigar shop. I told him I usually smoke 2-3 cigars a week and buy a couple boxes a year for gifts and was wondering if they offer any deals if I bought in bulk. He rudely said "there priced that way for a reason" and then he walked away from me. I should have walked out right then, but decided since I was there to go ahead and grab a cigar. I get home and light the cigar and realize it is moldy. Second visit: Next day I stopped in and ask the owner if I could exchange the moldy cigar for a different one. He rudely laughed, said no, and then criticized me on my cigar choice. Third visit: I asked if they had any matches I could use to light my cigar. He replied "you mean Sr. may I please have some matches." Worst service I had ever had and I encourage everyone to never step foot in S.G. Roi Tabacconist!
