Best Realtor ever! Don't believe the bad reviews... Probably just renters that can't pay their rent.. Peggy is very professional, kind, tactful, helpful ect. She knows the business! I bought a house from her after going through several different realtors that never had the time or the answers for me. She went above and beyond for me! I would recommend her to my family, friends and anyone who's sick of undereducated pushy realtors who don't have time for you. She is the best of the best in my opinion. God bless

They seemed like jerks to me. We were declined on house we applied for because our current landlord told them that the carpets need to be cleaned. We've been in our current house for 6 years and I would consider carpet cleaning a part of normal wear and tear that a landlord should be responsible for. Randy told me this was not acceptable and that they expect their tenants to have the carpets cleaned once a year out of their own pocket. It didn't seem to matter to Randy that our landlord told him we had perfect payment history for 6 years. I'm glad we didn't end up getting the house. Who knows what kind of of charges they would have stuck us with if those are their expectations.

Peggy and Randy are the BEST. They are willing to do everything to help you achieive your dreams of owning your own home. They know the business well, are experienced and most of all they are down to earth real people.
