The people are really nice, but that's about the only positive. I've been there twice for a pedi mani combo. They do a pretty good job on the toes, but the hands are a joke. Their polishes are old and there isn't a wide variety, and a lot of it is cheap polish. The one I selected seperated as soon as my nails started to dry, so the center of my nail was solid, but the edges were rough and clear. It looked horrible and when I complained to the lady at the desk she said 'oh it looks awful, I don't like those colors, they are all bad.' And I'm like why would you continue to use them on customers?! The time before they did my nails and several had big bubbles, I asked her to fix them and she kept saying it looked fine. Waste of money and the staff clearly doesn't care about quality or customer satisfaction. I won't be back.
