Love this business. I used one of the big HVAC places in omaha for years, and switched to Paradise recently. Fred is very helpful and honest. He was recomended by my neighbor, who has used them for years. I would highly recomend calling them.

Woke up on a cold Sunday morning and the furnace would not fire. Looked on line for a good rated Heating and Cooling Co. and seen PARADISE. Made a call and the women who answered was GREAT. She sent her husband FRED the same day about 2 hours later and he had us up and running and a warm house. Come to find out he was the company who installed our new furnace 5 years ago and what a pleasure he was to work with along with his wife. We also purchased a yearly review PLAM. Fred and his Co. is great and my wife and I feel comfortable around him and what he says. Thanks Fred and Paradise for all your help that cold Sunday and days later and your advise. After an emergency situation years ago where my air stopped working when it was 90+ outside, I called Paradise on a weekend and Fred came right out. I found someone that day who I respect and trust 100%. Throughout the years, Fred and Robin have talked me through troubleshooting over the phone, provided almost instant service (even when the situation did not warrant it), laughed at my bad jokes and made me feel at ease about trusting them and their products/services. I feel that though we have a professional relationship, they make you feel like family with the personal attention they provide. It is nice calling them up and they greet you by first name and remember who you are, certainly NOT a quality MOST service companies possess these days. Trust these guys, you will not be disappointed!!!!

We purchased a new furnace/heat pump from Paradise. The price was great and the install excellent. Fred goes above and beyond to please the customer. He is extremely honest and reliable. I like that it is a smaller shop and that you deal directly with the owners. Fred takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you are happy. I highly recommend

This Heating and Air Contractor saved the day. I had a service contract with a well known Heating and Air Contractor within Omaha, they came out for the usual heating tune up. They had been servicing my furnace and air for the past 3 years and all of a sudden they wanted to sell us a new furnace, claiming this one was bad. Not a word was ever mentioned in the past three years and all of a sudden we now needed one. I was given Paradise's name from a co-worker who had a good experience with them and I called them. Low and behold this contractor saved me from having to purchase a new furnace. When the time came for me to upgrade our furnace to a more energy efficient furnace I spoke with Fred at Paradise to give me a bid, in which he was more than happy to provide, as any good homeowner would do you get multiple bids to make sure that you are obtaining the best product for the most reasonable cost. I solicited another bid from another very reputable Heating and Air contractor (at least I thought they were). I was given a price that was quite cheap, once I decided to go with this contractor suddenly they had made a mistake on price and it suddenly increased by 2000.00 dollars. Fred at Paradise once again saved the day by coming in with another bid which was below everyone else, so we decided to go with Paradise, they came in and did the install in a truly professional manner and went above and beyond to change some things that were not part of normal Furnace and installs. I would recommend Paradise Heating and Air to anyone wanting a true honest contractor that meets and exceeds your every expectation.

It's a 100 and my air is out ! What a horrible feeling . I called Paradise and by noon the house was cooling again. Great quick service ... recommend 100%
