This is the worst company I have ever done business with. Ask anyone you know as soon as you tell them who you are dealing with they will say they are sorry and sympathetic as they already know they are awful to deal with.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to review landlords before renting. Unfortunately, we did not and now we are facing nearly three years with of headaches with this company. We have been out of our home for 4 months now and still have not received the deposit back, even though there was no damage to the property and we hired cleaners to make thenplace spotless.

These people are seriously slumlords. We had serveral repairs over our two years in the house that took months to repair or were never done at all. We even had plumbing issues and we think some sort of hazmat issue that made us sick the entire time we lived there.

The office lady, Kerri, is a huge liar and never follow through on the things she says she will do (contact the repair man, contact the accountant, etc). Same as Elaine, the property owner. However, if your grass gets a tiny bit long, you will promptly receive a complaint from the office.

Awful people. STAY AWAY!!!!

For the last two and a half months I've been trying to get paid from some dumpster rentals I rented them have not gotten one cent yet have been getting nothing but one story after another excuse after excuse not returning calls and just straight up lying boldface lying to me so I suggest if you do have the opportunity to do a sub contract work for them I suggest you get paid in cash up front so you don't have to go through the stress that I'm going through right now and probably not even getting paid. and I've talked to a few other people who've done work for them and they went through the exact same thing so it's not like it's an isolated case I'm to the point where I'm going to put a lien on the job addressI held up my end of the deal wish they would do the same5-Star Dumpster & Recycling

I warn everybody out there to steer clear from this company. They will try and you hound you for extra money, basically belittle you. Their houses are filthy dirty, with cockroaches swarming everywhere. Cockroach poop all over the walls, they will not give you your deposit back. Even the neighbors don't even like her. Please do not rent from this company. Elaina may act like she cares and she wants to do you a favor, but in the end you will see what it really comes out of her. The devil will awake! Please save your money go to another company trust me any other company in Omaha is better than this one.

I have rented a home from them for about 2 years and my lease just rolled over in to another 6 monthes which is slightly annoying but it's no big. Maintenance is decent sometimes alittle slow but the owners are easy to work with and helped me out when I lost my job. I would recommend this company to my friends. Hope this helps!

These are hands down the best landlords my wife and I have had in over 20 years of being stationed around the country. We were recommended to them by a civilian employee, who also rents from Bel Fury, while my family was stuck at the TLQ looking for a place. We weren't steared wrong. Maintenance was great; the rental rates fair; our home was comfortable and in great shape. Thanks Scott and Elaina for a comfortable three years. If anybody we cross paths with is going to be stationed at Offutt, we'll be sure to recommend you. Best of luck! We're going to miss you guys!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company is a mess. Disorganized, unprofessional. Don't even bother. The houses they rent and sell are unsafe. The workers are unprofessional and cheap. There are many houses with electrical problems. They will rip you off. Especially if you're military. I've seen it happen twice in the last three months. Stay away!
