I took at $160 brand new dress from Nordstrom to get taillored here. Long story short, they put a hole in the dress where they shortened the straps. They "fixed" it and when they did, snagged the shoulder part of the dress. I asked for my money back ($40 to shorten straps and press) and the women told me repeatedly I was too "picky." There were visible mistakes to a never-been-worn dress, mind you. I did not appreciate being called "picky" whatsoever. What they provided was unacceptable service, and in the end would not refund my $40. I have never, never been treated so poorly as a customer and I have pledged to never use them again - please do the same.
