Provided by YP.comI took in a pair of pants to have the waist altered & hemmed on a Saturday. I requested that they be ready on the following Saturday. When I went to pick them up they were not ready. I was offered apologies and a series of excuses. I was inconvenienced by having to return later in the day. Although the tailoring seems adequate, I will not be turning to this shop due to its inability to complete the job within the timeframe requested.
