They will charge you a fee for canceling an appointment within a 24 hour period but don't feel even remotely bad when they cancel your service the day of your appointment. I made the appointment over a week in advance. Apparently my technician rescheduled my appointment to the following week without any attempts to contact me. I received an email about it, which basically said here is your new time, sorry if that doesn't work for you. I called the office and cancelled all future appointments. The company may do a good job, but a no call no show is unacceptable. Don't waste your time with them and book an appointment with someone that will actually show up.
