This Doctor is Extremely Rude and condescending! I walked out within 60 seconds. This is only one of many reviews that I will do. Sad to know that this person is approved for Military insurance. I will have to share this with ALL of my fellow "brothers" and "sisters" in the United States Military. Dr. Kutler--You are WELCOME for your Freedom!
