Absolutely horrible experience. We hired what we thought was an expert with 40 years experience and what we got was the run around from an owner with a bad attitude. We paid for materials in full and after four to five weeks, he cancelled with the manufacturer and now we have to go with another supplier. Owner was extremely rude and called me Asshole, chickenshit, Jerk and said he doesnt want my business just because we were checking on the delivery status of our order. Homeowners are livid and he dropped off part of the order in the driveway after holding on to it for an additional 20 days.

I ordered glass shower doors from them in 2010. The installer came to measure the opening. The doors were ordered. When the same installer tried to install the sliding glass doors, he stated the doors were incorrect and he would return with the correct sized doors soon. He took the incorrect doors with him. The next day, George Hatjinos called to advise that he was not going to order the correct doors but rather cut the shower frame down so these doors would work. He kept the incorrect doors and my money. I would never use these dishonest people for any project.
