worst apartments to live in EVER!!!!

Worst apartments to live in Ever with a never ending revolving door of fluctuating management!!! No upkeep of the property, the maintenance is a joke, has bad management/staff, low income housing constantly lowering the property value, new management comes in after Every winter for no known reason, and they just "don't care" about the tenants. Monarch is the worse management this property has had in 4 years of being here. New tenants get all the deals while the existing tenants gets treated poorly and harassed yearly with rent increases. I was soo happy when my lease was up this August/2018 because I RAN for the Hills. Even stayed in my car for 2 weeks just because I was in such a hurry to move. I wouldn't have marked any stars and gave a "0" rating but the system made me mark a 1 star just so I am able to post this review. I give this community a ZERO STAR!!!
