I took my computer in when I sprayed cleaner on the keyboard. The screen was the wrong way. I could not log in because when I hit the shift key 4 characters populated the PW box. After two days, they called me to say that the keyboard probably dried, and that the computer was back up and running. I had them add a back up disc for me. Other than the cost of the disc and $30 to install and run it, I was not charged any more. Not only are they very good at what they do, they are HONEST. They could have told me anything and I wouldn’t have know the difference.
This is a reputable company that is deserving of all the business they can get.

We had the geek squad tell us our computer needed to be completely reloaded. It was going to take 2 to 3 weeks and cost a few hundred dollars. We almost gave in and bought a new computer from best buy, but decided to get a second opinion first. Tom from friendly computers came out the same day we called and was able to fix our problem within an hour and even showed me a few things that I never would have figured out on my own. I would recommend friendly computers to anybody. Their prices are fair and their techs know what they are doing.
