this is the worst company i have ever seen in my life!!!! we had a signed contract with erc signed by owner nate birkmeier and gave him the deposit check and the work was to be finsished by nov 1st 2012 signed by nate birkmeier.well it is now dec 14 2012 and no work has even been started they have not even stepped foot on our property they will not return calls of the at least 80 calls he has maybe returned 4 only to say i promise work will be done by dec 1st well no work no calls no return of calls and in the mean time we pray that we get no rain or snow so our celing in our house dont cave in and my kids will be safe. so my raiting is a minus one it was accidental that i checked the star!!!! erc stinks and does not deliver on their signed contract and no we have not been refunded the 2632.00 check that was cashed by them on oct

2012. keep in mind this is all signed and promised by the owner nate birkmeier not an over zealous or untruthfull employee but the OWNER of the company!!!!
