They will come back with out a charge inbetween the normal charged treatment plan. I have a lot of area where bugs and wasps like to nest, and they will keep coming back as neccessary for no charge. I don't know how they make money this way, but I am happy. I only have one complaint which is, they don't get up on roofs. They have been treating my flying ant problem several times inside and out and they keep coming back. I think they need to see what is happening up on the roof by the skylight. Other than that I would highly reccomend them, they take the work, away from me and keep things bug and spider deficient.

Two gentlemen came to my door wearing their white shirt and tan pants soliciting in my non-solicitation neighborhood. They need to make a buck so I listened what they had to say and told them I just couldn't afford to at the moment. They wrote down the address and asked me my name and I gave it. It's an odd name sounding like a color, but it was true. They come to my door and I was getting their information for possible use in the future. One guy said his name again and the other said "blue" which clearly was not his name and chuckled. They acted as though I should just put the cost of their service on my credit card acting as if I was lying being short on cash and saying that he was also in the military. I have many friends and family in the military and he tried to use it as a sales ploy. I respect people of service but the rude behavior should have been left out.I do not know what the service value or rating is but the first impression was very poor.

Do not fall for the upfront $39 treatment. It is a sales ploy for you to sign up for a year contract. There is a very steep charge to get out of the contract if you decide against their services.

Killed the ants!! Finally, a company that works!!

I dont know what these other people recieved but i had a completely dishonest salesman. he told me all sorts of things that ended up not being true and they didnt honor any of the things he said they did. i was forced to keep my contract or pay a steep fee and i would recommend everyone stay away from this company.

I hired Echo because a young sales representative came to my door from this company and after many hard questions, he answered them all and was completely up-front and honest in his answers. I asked him if he could get rid of all my bugs, knowing that no company could do so, and he said that they would service the house and rid the home of the majority of the bugs, but that this was pest control, not extermination. He also said that they would come back with free retreats if I did see anything. Finally, and honest sales rep, with a solid up-front company.

I was looking for a company to give me a solid service and do what they claimed they would do. Echo has done that for me. I will be a long term customer. I had problems with silverfish and one of the major companies here in Omaha never stepped foot in my attic, which is where I learned the siverfish live. What a waste of MONEY. Since i've been serviced by Echo, the silverfish have been reduced to a minimum just like they said would happed. Great Company!!!
