They came right out to measure for shutters and they told us 6-8 weeks for delivery. We're now in week 12 and ever since the initial order they have been a nightmare to contact. I call at least once or twice a week with never a return call and if I do happen to get them to pickup I always get told I need to speak to another person that isn't available and that they'll call me back. They never call back. We've even gone into the store but we just get the same runaround. I'd be able to accept the delay if they weren't just putting me out a week at a time and if they would make an effort to return my calls. I will never do business with them again and I recommend the same for anyone else that needs window coverings.
