They deducted unnecessary money from the security deposit claiming the ceiling fans had dust and the stove was dirty. Im a clean freak and when I moved in the apartment was filthy. I left the apartment cleaner than it was when I moved in

I have nothing good to say about Dana Mann Property Management. This company is a mess; they keep poor records, apparently do not document anything properly, and their policies are incredibly inconsistent. At the present moment, I am still attempting to recover money unfairly deducted from my security deposit, and I have previously had to refute false charges from this company as well. There are some serious managerial issues here.
