took my phone in to get screen repaired, touch ID was unresponsive due to their faulty screen repairment. Never had this issue at other phone repair places. Went back to continental cellular to inquire about replacement for the touch ID ribbon cable that was damaged in the process. Upon returning, they said they couldn’t fix it and they managed to damage my phone screen itself more. Wouldn’t recommend, for the same price you can go to iFixOmaha who will do a much more thorough and quality repair.
Returned back to Continental Cellular to see what they could do about an unresponsive touch ID after their repairment of my screen. I was informed that I should have been told before agreeing to get my phone fixed & that the touch ID would no longer work. Sabrina failed to inform me of that the first time I interacted with her. The second time I came back, she told me the reason my touch ID didn't work was most likely do to dropping my phone or other physical damages. The third time returning, I spoke with Savannah who was very helpful and worked to get my phone as good as it could be. Although they could not repair the touch ID, they replaced my screen with no extra fees. Definitely wouldn't return due to cheap, low quality repairs and misinformation on their part but appreciated the timely manner in which it was done.

Worst experience I have ever had with a phone repair place. screen started to lift a couple months after I had got it fixed from CC, so I went back to see what the problem is. told me that the battery was causing the screen to lift and that I would need to pay $95 plus tax to get it fixed(even though I did nothing wrong) because I had already waited an hour just to hear that, I decided to leave after they told me they could glue it together 'complimentary.' The screen started to lift after just a couple days. Instead of going back to CC, I tried ifix in papillon. they told me the battery wasn't lifting at all also They told me that screws were missing from the screen on the bottom. They told me they'd fix it for cheaper than CC so I had it fixed considering I could no longer see my screen since it was lifted entirely. After about 30 mins, I picked up my phone. Along with screws missing, pieces were not put in the correct spot. I do not recommend CC unless you want to waste your money.

I wish people will stop complaining because they get what they pay for and people always want things for nothing anymore because the government gives these people anything they need. LAZY, COMPLAINING PEOPLE who complain. You need to get off food stamps and start working!!!!!

I took my LG G2 in and the tech didn't put my proximity sensor in the same place. I had to take it back cuz the screen would black out during calls. As if that wasn't enough, my battery suddenly got really drained. I took it in to Sprint and my battery was so damaged there was no saving it. Don't take your phone or device here. I had to buy a new phone and they wouldn't refund me for my trouble! !! I'm gonna burn them the best I can.

Worst Experience Ever!!!

I've never wrote a review before. I stopped by with my iPhone for a screen repair. The charge was $75. The repair took 45 minutes longer than the 1 hour they said it would. I was OK with that. After getting it home I found that the wifi signal was in-and-out to the point it was unusable. Very frustrating. I've had this phone for years with no signal issues. Figured I go back and tell them to fix it tomorrow so I went to put it on the charger. Upon going to plug it in I dropped it with the protective case that I've had for years with no issues. The screen was toast from this one small drop while inside the protective case??? Not sure if they sold me a really cheap screen, or if a longer screw was pushing pressing against the screen from inside for it to break so easily. I do know I'll never go back there again!!!
