I've worked with Clairmont for a number of years and always found them to be responsive and reliable. They care about their customers - their prices are fair and they do good work.

Worst contracting company in Omaha. They have a marketing lady who doesn't know anything about construction and acts like she does. If i were you i would look at other contractors in Omaha that know what there talking about. I learned that they have only been in the construction industry for 5 years, but they need to hire people with experience. Had a good relationship when talking to a supervisor but unhappy with the management team. Give them 5 more years and a different team and they should work out perfect. I believe the supervisors should be the management team.
