Worst experience humanly possible. I made a huge mistake by choosing Casey's Tax Service to handle the preparation of my outstanding returns for numerous years. Not only have I never received my completed returns, they have dodged every attempt I've made to resolve the matter; and, continue to hold all of my original documentation(and copies). Unbelievably; this goes as far as the refusal of Certified Mail, and every other means to conclude our business(including payment). Be advised; stay clear!
