I have been working with Tim (as our property manager) for over 10 years and he continues to take amazing care of our property, even when we have been out of the country. These guys have been fair, reliable, trustworthy and hard working. If you're looking for a place to rent or if you're looking for a property manager this is the group you want to be working with.

I have received excellent care and attention from Cambiar Real Estate. My rental rhata I have lived in for over three years is in tip top shape. The maintenance is always timely and they are very accomaditing with your schedule for service and repairs. I would recommend Cambiar Real Estate to anyone looking for a quality rental home.

Tim has taken care of our house in Omaha since 2011. For five years, he is always there to help us whenever we need his help. He responses our emails quickly, takes cares of the house well, distributes the rents to our account timely. If there are anything happens, he will let us know on the first hand.
