Provided by YP.comWe came there last Thursday with a group of 12, they had two waitresses on our party. The service was terrible for a classy restaurant. I ordered the petite filet medium which was almost burnt. My boyfriends food was not even ordered. The receipt was not itemized, as I’m sure it was not correct. Very disappointed in this place, would not go back

Provided by YP.comFirst time in Omaha looking for a good steak. Read the reviews on this site and decide to try this restaurant because of two statements one about the unique seating and the other a recommendation to visitors or people who have recently moved here. Thank you for the recommendations, because we loved it. The staff was very, very helpful and friendly. We did not have reservations and were seated on a busy Saturday night within five minutes. The waitress did not hover, but she was there to refill an ice tea, take an order or remove a plate as needed. Excellent service! As for the food, wonderful! The steaks were cooked as we ordered them and the sides were delicious. I will definitely eat here again the next time through Omaha.

I had a great lunch today as well as the two other people I was with. They thanked me for picking this restaurant to eat. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was wonder and we could talk business. The only downside was that the service was slow and our beverages were not refilled. I would definite recommend for another business meeting.

This resterant tried but missed the mark. The prices don't justify thier mediocre meal. The Oskar way of preparing their dishes is nothing more than some tastless sauce poored over buffet quality vegetables. You'll get much better quality meal at Firebirds or Mahogoney's.

Provided by YP.comBrother Sebastians probably lands somewhere in my top 20 but it just does not compete with the vast array of really great restaurants around town.
My top five:
Chinese: Grand Fortune
Steaks: Prestige
Italian: Pasta Amore
Seafood: Toss up between Prestige and Bonefish. Prestige wins out because it is locally owned and Bonefish is not.
Mexican: Anything in south Omaha

Provided by YP.comThis restaurant was great in the 70's but it has not been updated one bit and is really worn itself out.

Provided by SuperpagesI've traveled all over the world and eaten in some of the best restaurants around, yet for the past twenty-two years, whenever I want to really impress a date, I wouldn't fly us to New York or Chicago. I'd come to Omaha and take her to Brother Sebastian's.Women say, "it's the most romantic place around", whereas I say they have very decent food; reasonable prices; a nice, intimate setting; waiters speaking in low tones, etc..When I really want to ensure I close a business deal here, that is absolutely the best place to take a client. While not cheap, you DO get everything you pay for (a big compliment!).If you want waiters & waitresses who know how to stay OUT of your way when you're having an intimate evening with the one you love, this is the place. Want to have a tremendous place to propose, celebrate a special day, etc? Make sure they know the occasion and they will ensure you have the perfect experience.General Manager Scott and owner Loren will ensure it's just right.

Provided by YP.comGreat food with good service. This restaurant has been an established part of the community for many years. One of the first I would recommend to a visitor or new resident of Omaha.

This place has a wonderfully romantic feel with some of the best steaks in Omaha. The prices are a little higher than your chain restaurants, but not much, and you will definately get a wonderful tasting meal and top notch service for your money. They have a great selection of fine wines, and my favorite steak is their petite filet. They have a really nice little salad bar as well for those who don't care for red meat. Give this one a try, it's delightfully secluded and worth finding.

Provided by SuperpagesThe atmosphere is refined and elegant. A special-occasion restaurant, but also a "just-because." We love a quiet, relaxing dinner experience, and this is it!

Provided by SuperpagesOne of the best restaurants for an elegant meal. I wish they had a dress code but never the less it is wonderful.
