I accidentally left this review at the wrong Auntie Anne's. I'm going to have that first post removed from the incorrect store. Here's the story, I bought a 7 dollar and some change pretzel, pop and cheese from Auntie Anne's at Oakview mall. I went to my car to eat my pretzel on my way home and found a hair baked into my pretzel. It appeared to be several hairs, but could have been one very long hair sticking out baked into my pretzel at several places. I went back to the mall, went back inside to Auntie Anne's where I was only refunded the money for the pretzel itself. I left my cheese and pop in the car in my haste to get inside to get my money back for the hairy pretzel. I'm completely shocked that I only got 3 dollars in change back for the pretzel. Its really not about the money it's only $7 but come on you should have refunded my entire purchase amount! If you would have I would not be writing this review right now or be so disgusted with your terrible customer service. I wish I could give them less than 1 star.
