I bought a number 3, paid 7 $ and some change, left the mall to eat it in my car on my way home. Found hair, appeared to be several pieces or maybe a really long piece baked into my pretzel and sticking out of the pretzel in several places. I stop my car, park my car, and go back inside of the mall to Auntie Anne's. I told them I did not want another pretzel I wanted my money back, I had my receipt. In my haste I left my pop and hot cheese in my car and I only got refunded 3 dollars and some change for only the pretzel. Wouldn't you think that they would refund my entire total since they are the ones that bake the hair into the pretzels? I'm completely appalled at this customer service I received from this Auntie Anne's at Oakview mall. I will never go there again! If hey could I would give them 0 stars for their customer service skills! I'm still in shock!

We go out of our way to get a pretzel here - consistently great taste. Compares with the best of the NYC pretzel carts, only much cleaner. Try the sesame seed.
