Our rents are very competitive with senior communities offering similar services. Although cable is not included in the rent many other benefits are such as free parking in our heated garage. Most resident enjoy accessing the internet from their apartments or in our computer room. Exterior windows are washed once a year free of charge. Please stop by for a tour so we can discuss our many benefits and apartment features.

The rent is way to high for an older building. There is no wireless internet in the building, no basic cable as part of the rent. If you want your windows washed twice a year, they charge you extra!!! With an average rent of $2,000/month--this is simply too expensive.
