In my opinion, this company lacks any competency, honesty or integrity. They couldn't figure out how to calculate taxes correctly on closing paperwork. They were required to send the closing documents to the seller (i.e. me), but chose not to, even though they chose to send it to other parties involved in the transaction -- in my opinion, that is discrimination. Because they chose not to send me the paperwork, other erroneous charges went unnoticed as well. I didn't find out about them until days after closing, and days after this company cut checks out of my proceeds for things I did NOT authorize. And they refused to take any responsibility for their actions. This company makes me sick. I would not recommend this company. I did not choose them. I was forced to use them. Absolutely despicable customer service.
