We are a locally owned and family operated construction company that has been in business and proudly serving the North Lake Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Olympic Valley, Northstar and Truckee area since 1981.  We take pride in the quality of our work and we are committed to providing our clients with excellent value along with superior workmanship.  Our top carpenters have been with our company for many years.  They are professional and exhibit good working ethics.  Most of our subcontractors have also been with us for years and they are held to a high level of professionalism.

 

We consider ourselves a full service company, offering assistance with decisions about the design and finishes for your home.  We also offer long term maintenance and emergency services once your home is completed. 

 

An added bonus for our clients is the specialized equipment we have in house, including a dump truck which makes it easy to keep the job site clean at all times, and a telescopic handler which is a great tool for setting large and heavy items. 

 

We implement green practices when possible.

 

We feel we are very competitive with our pricing and we never under-estimate costs or time just to get a job.  For our larger jobs we provide job tracking, which keeps our clients up to date with the progress of their project.
