In December of 2010 I was a victim of domestic violence I was working with the Crystal Family Justice Center. I undwhere had to testify against my ex husband where had to testify against my ex. At the time he was out on bail he took me to a court in a different county trying to get custody of our sonit was out of the crystal family just two centers jurisdiction. They introduced me to the redford law firm. I was definitely promised everythingbeing looking at the case he did everything wrong I did everything right but the judge took pity on him because he was a veteran so it wasn't necessarily the law firms fault but things did seem to go slow and I didn't like how I was charged for my ex calling and talking to the lawyer and me not knowing about it and she is very expensive but overall I'm happy with my results you pay for what you get and I paid a high price and I got the most you can get in a custody battle.

Slow, slow, slow. I had to call to get anything done. The process took twice as long than originally planned to complete. I was told certain papers were filed and found out they never were. Just overall, to many delays.
