I felt Dr. Neal was professional and skilled with Lap band surgery. I feel the office staff lack professionism as I could here private patient information in the lobby while waiting to be seen. The receptionist is argumentative and inconsistent with inquiries. As for cosmetic procedures, I'm on the fence as to who's the cosmetic/plastic surgeon?

I was scared to death to have the smart lipo done. I considered sonobello but after they killed that patient I was quite leery of going to a place that treats you like a number. I went to Dr. Neal and am so glad I did! He is amazing! We had conflicting schedules so he ended up coming in right after a holiday (his day off) to do my procedure! For a number of reasons, my procedure ended up running longer than anticipated, he never made me feel like he was in a hurry or anything. He said it was more important that he do my procedure right than anything else he had to be doing. Afterwards he personally called me to see how I was doing. Later, I called with a question and he personally called me back eventhough I dont think it was that important. He and his staff make you feel like you are the most important person in their office. The follow through is amazing. They even offer to fix it for free if your not happy! I have no idea what others are charging for this procedure but Dr. Neal was
