Not a good attorney for Divorce cases involving children. He literally screwed me and I had to find a new attorney to correct his mistakes. Do not waste your money!

Had an easy no brainer case. Paid upfront. Only had one meeting with the paralegal that was abrupt, and I didn't feel she wanted to be there. Wrote many emails that were not answered... finally after third email, they filed the wrong paperwork, offering to serve someone who wasn't supposed to be served!!! Yikes, I had no idea until I received copies of the filing in the mail. I emailed them their error with a copy of my original request- and asked them to fix it. They wrote me back an stating that they had dropped my case, and sent me the bill for everything they had done wrong. In the email, Mr Madison said if I emailed or called again on this matter, they would charge me a huge amount. Thank goodness I did not choose them to be my advocate in any sort of conflict!



I could not believe this actually happened. I am still pinching myself that a law firm could be running with such a lack of professionalism and conflict resolution. It really too bad, the receptionist was so nice!



I know in his response, he will claim it was my fault and he will probably use my name to intimidate me as he did in past reviews. As a prospective client, I would look at his reponses to these reviews to see exactly the type of conflict resolver he is. His way or the highway, and he will throw you under the bus as he hits the road.
