My daughter and i was in the jack in the box Wednesday December 30th for lunch. First off there were people there that could not make a decision, so we waited and waited, the employees did not open another line. Most of them were to busy running around and acting pretty goofy, not serious caring employees.

There were two children with the parents that oculd not make up their minds, they were leaning over the counter, swinging themselves back and forth, the parnets did nothing to make them behave. finally the parents told us to go ahead so we ordered. I had coffee and cream, I was upset over the whole situation so i was a little unerved, when I put my cream in my coffee it squirted out on the counter, I used a napkin to wipe up my mess, a considerable amount of dirt came up with the cream.. In other words the counter was pretty darn dirty.

I also took notice of the room, the tables were not washed off, other peoples napkins, ketchups and what not were left, which tells me noone is cleaning the tables.

I did see one girl give a quick clean to the the drink counter.

I really don't think I will be visiting this Jack in the Box again, it was dirty, unsanitery, and not too much work going on.

I give it a F.

I hope the health cards were up to date and hands were always sanitized.....

I went to this Jack in the Box on 10/01/08 at 12:30pm on Plum Street in Olympia. Granted it was lunchtime, but most fast food places understand the reason for it being called fast food, and will prepare for rushes such as lunch time. Usually they prepare by having more than the usual shift members on duty to help ensure the lunch rush moves quickly and people are not waiting 1/2 hour on their one hour break just to get their order!



When my order arrived 25 minutes after ordering it, my hamburger was cold and very sloppily put together. This greatly displease me! I will not be going back their for lunch or for any other meal for that matter!
