When I called to schedule an estimate the owner called back about 2 days later and I was not favorably impressed. When he spoke to me on the phone he started the conversation with "what's up?" kind of like we were two high schoolers who knew each other. He asked me if I knew how much blinds for a whole house cost almost as though he thought I couldn't afford them. He also asked me if I would send him the measurements of all of the windows in my house and he would give me as estimate on the phone. It was clear that he didn't want to travel to where I live. I'm about 25 miles from them and so if he didn't want to travel that far. I'm not sure why he just didn't say that and we could have gotten on with our day. Finally, when I reported all of this to his business partner (possibly wife?) she said she'd talk to him about it and one of them would definitely call me back by the end of the day. No one ever called back. Clearly, I never ordered anything of had any further dealings with this business, but based on my experience, I'd be concerned as to how they operate.

We just had our new blinds installed yesterday and I have to say that from start to finish we have had a great experience! The in home consultation was very easy, except for the fact that there were so many wonderful choices, that I didnt think I would be able to narrow it down. I finally made a choice for beautiful custom blinds, and had an istall date three weeks later. The Installer, Michael, was the best, he had a great sense of workmanship, and took all the care to make sure that our blinds were installed the right way. We couldn't be happier, and we will most definatley recommed them to anyone, as well as use Olympic Blinds for any further updating that we may do.

We have had Olympic Blinds install blinds in our home for the second time. The estimate and installation were flawless once again. The installer was on time, professional, courteous and did an excellent job.I would highly recommend Olympic Blinds not only for their great customer service, affordability, but for their overall professionalism.

We have an older home that needed a fresher look. We called Olympic Blinds to come give us aFree estimate on what we could do. We have large windows and were concerned about that too. The estimator had all kinds of affordable ideas and stayed within our budget. We never felt over whelmed with all the choices like we did in the box stores. We picked the honeycomb package and are extremely happy with our blinds and their over all service.They were on time, professional and affordable. Their installer was the same way and very helpful withproduct use. We would use them again and highly recommend them!

We recently purchased a new home in Tumwater Wa. We had no window coverings in the house and a lot of windows. We were on a budget so price was important and so was quality! We had Budget Blinds come out and shopped Costco and decided to go with Olympic Blinds. There was no comparison between companies, The product was superior along with the price! we we amazed at how quickly they ordered and installed our window coverings. The owner, Brian was a real pro! he offered suggestions and product to meet our budget and we were extremely impressed from start to finish! We ordered blinds for our place of business and they turned out beautiful. I told them what we were looking for and they were able to find exactly what we wanted plus match the wood blinds with our existing wood trim perfectly. Service was prompt and installer very friendly. Brian even stopped by to see how the blinds were working a few months later.
