My boyfriend had a guest pass, wanted to see if I would like it to maybe join with him one day. Well, I go to use it and the lady at the counter said I couldn't because I lived in tenino. She said "we don't feel we would get anything off of her" even though the guest pass said friends from anywhere. Some of the worst costumer service ever!!!!!

I got a year membership for $199 and is exactly as described... I honestly don't know what this person is talking about. The staff was extremely helpful, explained how to use a piece of equipment when I wasn't sure, I can go there any time to work out and it's not overly crowded. The rules seem pretty straight forward. So far it's been a pleasant experience. I even got a friend of mine to join and he's liking it too. I've never used the personal trainer option, but I have 2 free seasons saved... I'll probably write in to let you know how it goes. Clean, professional and open all day/night. Nothing I can complain about

Do not do business with these guys. They have the worst customer service, and bs policies. I tried to leave the club after my trainer got fired, and they will not return my physical training money!
