Horrible place. I have a severe illness and had to cancel a few appointments this yr bc I was in the hospital or sick. They told me I would be charged a "small cancelation fee" for my last missed appointment but they charged me the full amount almost $200! When I spoke to the owner she was rude unprofessional and made a disrespectful comment about my illness and then hung up on me. I had been a loyal customer to my stylist for ten yrs.
