Reserving my car online was quick and easy, when I needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle the representative was very friendly and took care of my issue, when I picked up the car the representative again very friendly and quick in getting the final paperwork completed, also they didn't have the size car I had requested so I got a free upgrade to the next size. I drove a Hyundai Sonata: the car was very clean, everything worked the way it should, and all manuals were easily located inside the glove-box. Price was very reasonable. Only qualm I had was not being told the security deposit wasn't already included in my total(not disputing the charge, I understand the need for a deposit, but when you're on a budget and you hadn't accounted for an extra charge it's kind of a pain)...And last thing I needed to add a day or 2 to my agreement and it was an easy 2 minute phone call. Very satisfied with the company and would definitely rent from again if needed and definitely recommend to others.
