This company has horrible service, if you want to call their department even having one. I am from a hospital in NY and not only was I lied and misled about their products, but then once their machine was purchased, all sorts of equipment errors and defaults occurred. When I called to get service, the Ultraclean Manager stated it would be weeks before a replacement would come, and then even suggested it was my staff's fault!! I got so fed up with this equipment, I ended up selling it on e-bay the first chance!! I would not do business with Ultraclean Systems ever again.
