This company is nothing short of a total rip off taking advantage of a bad situation. After experiencing a flood throughout the whole downstairs due to a bad hose, they came out to replace a $20 part and charged $260 for a simple job taking less then 30 minutes. They saw that I was in need of my kitchen and said that they would charge $149, only after arriving, just to come out (never provided quote on phone) or pay full amount to have repairs done. Last time I'll ever call them and will spread the word to family and friends to avoid Friend's Plumbing.
