I would avoid this facility at all cost. Mike Kingsbury & Paul Knudsen are all about the bottom line & do not care about the residents. The care my mother received here was subpar.

I worked here for a very short time and the co-workers were terrible. Patients call lights would go off and the cna's would hide in other patients rooms to avoid answering bells. The staff turnover rate is huge. The only thing going for this facility is the cleanliness. I would never send my family here..

After taking care of both my dad and mom in a skill nursing facility

and first volunteering at Gladeview I find this to be an exceptional place

to rehab,
