I had to leave last minute for a trip Bill was very accomadating. when I returned home from my trip he asked if I had a great time and then explained to me how Shadow (my dog) did. Bill told me things about shadow that he would have only gathered by playing with him. My boy is a fun loving energetic dog that loves to play tug. I will definitely use My Toy Kennel in the future and don't let the name fool you he take all size dogs in the facility.
