I bought the Groupon last Spring to have a deck refinished just like a LOT of other people did. I called and was always given an update on progress. The delay has been due to all the rain in the KC area this year. NOT THEIR FAULT. I always spoke kindly and was treated the same way in return. The deck was washed a week or so ago .. and the staining done today. IT LOOKS GREAT! I am VERY PLEASED with the work .. and totally understanding that if you request work to be done OUTSIDE the weather is in NO ONE's control.

Do not use! I have waited 3 months for a service that I paid for and they still wont return my calls/emails.

Had to call / email 5 times to even be able to get a quote. Now that they are on groupon, I think they can't handle the amount of business they have
