We have been attending Tiger Rock for 20 months. My son loves it and so do we. It has helped build his confidence, which is important at a young age, teach public speaking and body awareness. My daughter looks forward to it once she is of age to do it. I recommend that you give it a try.

Tip: definitely get all costs upfront so you aren't surprised. Classes, testing, tournament and equipment all cost money. As long as you are aware you will be impressed.

Instruction at all levels is exceptional. Mr. Josh Hartley is equally effective instructing the Tiger Cubs as the junior and adult students. Tiger Rock provides a full curriculum for TKD and self defense skills but more importantly in life skills for all ages. Their approach to martial arts as a lifestyle journey makes it so much more than a fun activity. Over the past two years Tiger Rock has been an important part of my 7 and 5 year old kids' physical and mental development. Mr. Hartley is a world class athlete and instructor. He runs a top quality academy.
