called to make appointment to view an apartment and was told they would have 1 available for me to see. drove over 4 hours to the area I'm moving to for work to see the apartment and was told that they no longer have any available. I never got a phone call or anything.

The apartments here are just okay. In the past couple months, we have seen a few roaches but one call to the office and that was taken care of. The exterminator comes by every week to check on us and put more roach kill down.They did not show us the apartmnet before we moved in but we didn't ask to see one either. The maintenance crew is pretty prompt whenever you call. The only thing I hate is the train horns every 5 minutes, but those are supposed to stop by April of 2011. Other than that, we are very satisfied with these apartments.

This place is disgusting. I'd rather sleep in my car (which has indeed crossed my mind) They don't show you the apartment your moving into, they show you a model apartment so your not seeing the real deal. There are roach droppings behind everything all over the apartment, there are spiders and spider webs everywhere and come back more then the average homeless guy begging at your local QuikTrip everyday. They have ants and there sneaky little freaks. Let's not forget the subject of roaches... there were german roaches in our apartment and that is the worst roaches to have. Look it up in Google "German Roaches" and there not easy at all to get rid of especially when you have to beg the Leasing Office every week to get someone to come exterminate and all they do is give the roaches some bait and they don't mess with it. You know how I know.... They have not gone away but worst off they are baby roaches running around now too. I found roach eggs inside of the refrigerator in the back at the bottom and spider webs. I also found roach droppings in all the cabinets and all over the backs of cabinets in the cracks (Used a flashlight) I would have to say since the nasty illegal mexicans here that don't know how to stop partying at 2 am in the morning, stink up the neighborhood, make the area look bad, throw trash outside and let maggots start developing on the sidewalk and stairs this is a real healthy place to bring yourself and your family. Who wouldn't want to see 50 mexicans get out a prius everyday all wearing Epic LANDSCAPING shirts and look like a wet dog? Filthy, filthy people. Also, Leasing Office is all nice until your a day or two off rent then they send you nasty letters and write you up for anything you've done in the past that was wrong doing or whatever. Bunch of idiots here..
