These guys do great work and excellent service. Ten out of five.

I took my gas blower to this place. They called me 2 weeks later and said it was done. I owed $96.00. They did not call me with an estimate. Their web sight says they never do work without concent from the owner. I told them I was not going to pay because I had no prior notice. They said they would put my blower back to the way it was when I brought it in. I said that would be fine. The problem is they did more than that to my blower. They cut my gas lines and did something to the carburetor. This blower is less than a year old. I would highly recommend staying away from this shop.

RG Small Engine knows how to bring customer service back. I haven't been more pleased with how I was treated from a business since the '70's! Very fast, very friendly, and well priced. I thought I had destroyed my lawnmower when I hit a stump with the blade. I brought it to RG Small Engine, and they explained what had happened to the engine, estimated the cost to repair, and told me I would beback to mowing again in less than 2 days! Finally there is a "Small engine repair" place instead of all these "Replace it" places. Thanks RG
