Amazing group of people providing great care to the residents of Pinnacle Ridge. I highly recommend you come and see the great work they are doing.

Do not send a loved one here. The administration has some major problems and turnover is out of control. There is a reason there is no wait list!

i use to work there in house keeping i love that but when u had boss tell u one thing and find she been lieing to all long, i love the poeple there that i clean their rms, i would like to come to work there again ys their where up an downs ther but it ok ys i would have my family stay there live. my name is agnus "sue" m .

I would not recommend this nursing home to anyones family member! Dean has looked for reason to fired the good staff for no reason. Residence has loved the staff they have fired.

Pinnacle Ridge not only has a new look, it has a new administration. they are aware of the past problems of the facility, but have worked hard to fix the issues. They are currently featuring private rehabilitation rooms with flat screen TV'S. NURSING care is a premium. Don't believe what you read. Go out and see Pinnacle for yourself. You will be pleasantly surprised. My family had a great experience. I feel bad that more people don't check it out for themselves.

Pinnacle Ridge is going through a beautiful remodel inside the building. The wood flooring, new lighting furnishings are being greatly enjoyed. Having had a family member at Pinnacle Ridge for quite some time, I feel able to comment on how things are now compared to before. The new management has been so caring and kind to my family and to the other residents. Any issues that we have are addressed quickly and then are followed up on. I was much impressed that several of the subpar staff members were let go with this new management team. My family member has friends and lots of things to do. She tells me that she was surprised that she would actually enjoy living in a nursing home. This has made the transition for my family much easier. I would give a 5 star rating, but I feel that they are still improving. I would recommend that you take a tour if you have a loved one that needs to be placed into a nursing home.

Having worked at Pinnacle Ridge for almost a year, I feel that I have a good perspective to review this nursing home. Staff are chosen that are caring and hard working. Those that do not show compassion are not around long as they do not measure up to the high standard of care. Management even works the weekends and is seen. Another nice thing is that the building is almost finished with a remodel and is going to be beautiful. Residents have lots of activities to choose from each day. You can never make everyone happy, but from what I see when I am working... they sure are trying. People come for therapy and are able to go back home when they improved. The administrator cares about his residents and his staff. I am giving a 5 star rating as it is very different than even 7 months ago. People care and that is important in my book.

This facility is very unorganized. The residents don't have a say. They don't take good care of the residents. It takes over 20 minutes for the call lights to be answered. They talk very negative to the residents and they don't follow through with complaints. There are many confrontations between the residents i.e yelling and cursing. The place stinks when you walk by the nurses station all you can smell is urine. Customer service is horrible. If you call after 5 p.m. for someone they don't answer the phones and they're very rude when they do answer. They have a high turnover rate especially with nursing. They're always short in housekeeping. The staff sits around the nurses station and ignore the residents needs. If they ask for something they tell them to wait. The D.O.N is very rude and not knowledgeable of her job she stays in her office. People don't stay very long after they're admitted because the lack of good care. Don't let the nice lobby fool you.

I do not recommend this nursing home. They tend to keep the bad staff and get rid of anybody remotely helpful. History of unethical business practice. If they are not undergoing a lawsuit by some of their former workers for discrimination based on ethics, I would be highly suprised. This nursing home was also once called Mariner of Olathe, CLC of Olathe, and a few others.
