I experienced poor service from this NTB. Never go to this store to have anything done to your car. I took my car to the store on 118th and Blackbob in Olathe, KS to have the front wheel bearng changed. They notified me that I brought them the wrong part. So, I went to pick up my car, so that I can take the part back to the auto part store, I told them I would bring the car back the following day with the correct part. They refused to release my car to me. They told me I had to pay, although nothing had been done to my car. I asked, them why should I have to pay, if nothing had been done to the car. The manager said, "I have to pay my technician something." So, the store manager forced me to pay for a front wheel alignment, just to have my car released to me. No front wheel alignment was ever done to my car. I will never, ever take my car back to a NTB because of what happened.
