Had our "sneak peek" appt last night. LOVED IT! Very friendly husband and wife, large cozy atmosphere and great options! I highly recommend the combo deal--- once you do it for the first time you will be dying for the Deluxe visit later to see the baby's features better.

Myself, My Fiance and our oldest child visited Kansas 4D Ultrasound yesterday and were VERY impressed. I had a 4d sono with my oldest baby when he was 28 weeks gestation at another place. The images we received were great dont get me wrong but the overall expirience we had here was great. We called to make an appointment for a gender reveal (18 weeks gestation) and they fit us in the same day! When we arrived we were impressed with the Peeps boutique, lots of choices in clothing and accesories they even have a build a bear like set up to make stuffed animals. The room where the scans are performed is very clean and lots of space. My son is on the move and likes to play he is 18 months but there were toys for him to play with and room for him to move around and we were made to feel very comfortable even with him running around haha. The scan was great baby wasnt too cooperative in letting us see face but we did get to find out that we are having a little girl! The scan was a good length and very interactive cindy the sonographer had my fiance poke at the baby to get her to move and he got to feel her kick for the first time. It was great! Cant wait to go back around 28 weeks for some face pictures and more bonding time with my little girl. I would recommend them to ANYONE

This place is family owned and run by Dennis and Cindy. They are all about making your experience as memorable and comfortable as possible. Went here for my 4D sono. We were told we could bring as many family members along as we desired. We had 5 family members excluding me and hubby. We were all greeted very well. The baby was sleepy and tired for some reason and kept turning away from the camera, although our session was only schedule for 45mins, they spent about an hour trying to help us get him to move so he could look at the camera and we could get some more pictures of the baby. They even offered us a 20% discount that was running for the month although we didn't even know about it but instead of pocketing the money they came and told us outright about our savings. During the sono they had baby's daddy touching the baby in the places they specified and we could watch him move and correspond making it a very interactive session for me and my husband! The quality of the pictures and the CD was good. Highly

I just had my visit yesterday with my mother in law who is from out of town to see my second son Nathan. We both loved our visit!! They were so nice and professional! Cindy made the ultrasound very personal and treated baby Nathan like he was his own little human being instead of usual sonographers being monotone "Here's it's legs..and hand..ect" Our printed pictures and CD of 64 images were awesome! I also had no issues with the link and it was just great! They welcomed my 16 month old son to be included in the viewing too! Peeps boutique is such a cute store! Had to pick up a "Big Brother" shirt for my first son! I am very glad I chose this facility over the others. This is the only non diagnostic prenatal imaging center in the Kansa City area that is very family friendly! I am recommending this center to every pregnant woman I know here on our military base. We welcomed our second child in April and visited this establishment multiple times throughtout my pregnancy to look in on our little man. We found the owners to be very professional but also very personal and dedicated to making our experiences there memorable and worth every cent. They are very family oriented people and it shows in how they operate their business. I was shocked to read another reviewer claim that the owners (Dennis and Cindy) were difficult to get ahold of when they had a problem. As I said, we visited multiple times and I also had to reschedule a few times and their phone was ALWAYS answered, even after their normal business hours. The area where the ultrasounds are done is clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for whomever you want to be there with you. Peep's Boutique (attached to the ultrasound studio) is really impressive, lots of reasonably priced but high end baby and toddler items that make practical and beautiful gifts. Overall we have been very pleased with this business and would recommend it to anyone expecting a little one.

Our initial contact with this business was very positive and remained positive UNTIL..... we were sent the one hour video of another baby. This is a business that does 4D sonograms for expecting parents and families. Our son and daughter in law is expecting their first child and our first grandchild. We thought this would be a nice gift not only for our kids but for the grandparents as well. We even built a bear with our grandson's heartbeat in it. Paid 250.00 for our services and was sent the wrong link containing a hour video of another child. Once the owners realized their huge mistake they sent our daughter an email saying the following: Erin, I sent you the wrong link! I apologize, perhaps you had not opened it yet, or noticed it was the wrong one but had not let me know yet. So sorry, the correct link form Saturday is below.

Continuation of my review

The very same evening as our kids sonogram, we held a shower and proudly displayed the video. People were crying, laughing, and rejoicing over a child that was not even ours. I understand mistakes but I attemped to contact the owner TWO times and never even received a response. Had they responded and offered to make this situation right, I would have never written this poor review. I would never recommend this business to anyone in the future. While our visit and seeing the baby was amazing for our entire family to see, the lack of customer service is enough for me, my family, and the many people I intend to share this with not do business with this place. I only gave it one star because they wouldn't let me leave without rating but the truth is, it is not deserved.

A very disgusted and sad Nana.......
