BAD BUSINESS ETHICS AND STUPID COMPANY POLCIES................. I was quoted for my lawn @$55 +Tax per application for the last year. They send me a renewal quote in Jan at the same price for this year (2013) also and when it was time for the first application, at the end moment; their sales person Matt told me that the price will be $95 per application (Discounted rate $78 +Tax). What is the guarantee with this company that they would not quote me $150 next year, if I were to keep them?

Even though they advertise that the aeration is included in their program, you are charged extra for that; so make sure you are aware of that. I am not quite sure whether they even actually do the fertilization or just put the bill. After spending Approx. $500 last year for their program, I have not seen any color difference (healthy look) in my grass, nor seen any significant improvements in weed control as well as grubs in my lawn. The only thing they did was that they come out and did the weed spraying with grumbling. I WILL NOT USE EVER THIS COMPANY AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR A LONG TERM RELIABLE SERVICE.

Had the opportunity to meet the owner Wes the other week and get to know Heritage Lawns & Irrigation after starting to work with them. Great company and lawn service, Wes knows his stuff and really cares about providing a great local service.

Excellent, timely service men answer questions about lawn and shrubs. Pre-pay for a year's service (irrigation open/close, routine furtilization and weed spraying) before spring and save a fair bit. From literally bare earth and without sod they managed to develop a postcard-perfect lawn. They even service lawnmowers in the winter and can work on snow blowers. Highly recommended.
