Don’s Body Shop is a top notch body shop. I recently had a large fender bender and took my vehicle to Don’s Body Shop who walked me through the process. All questions that I had were addressed and timing of the completion of work was on time. The cost to complete the work to my vehicle was much more affordable than other local shops. I tip my hat to Grant, Tony, Shannon and the rest of the folks at Don’s Body Shop for a job well done.

My new car had been hit while parked in my office lot, leaving large scrapes across the entire back bumper. I took it into the dealership for a estimate and was quoted a hefty price tag as well as 3-4 days to complete the repair. Looking for a second opinion, I went to Don's. I schedule an appointment for 9am in the morning and was in and out in 25 minutes, with a brand new looking bumper. It ended up being a simple repair and looks like new! I not only saved a lot of money, but days without a car! Thank you to everyone at Don's for the awesome customer service and honesty!

My truck was in an altercation with my garage door and the garage won. I needed a new side mirror so I started at my dealer. I was surprised at the cost and the time it would take; they said this was due to my rare paint color. I checked two more shops before I walked into Don's....the customer service was the first thing I noticed. After they looked at my truck they were able to get the mirror the same day!! The price they quoted was less than half the dealer, and the lowest of all other comparisons! They matched the paint and had my mirror finished in 48 hours...I almost want to break something else just to go back! I highly recommend Don's to everyone...I know I won't go anywhere else. Great Job Guys!!!

Our daughter’s car died out in Lawrence and need towed to our home in Olathe. She was trying to get out here to go to here to her job, so she was going to ride along to the house. Don’s made sure they were prompt, great truck and very courteous. She even made it to work on time. When they got the car to our home, they were considerate in were they placed the car. Every aspect was professional handled. Really appreciate a business that still believes in customer service!
