STOP NOW! YOU'RE ABOUT TO BE ROBBED! These are terribly dishonest and rude people. When I gave the "free estimate" results that I had to pay $53.00 for to 2 other local mechanics for their ACTUAL free estimate. They both reacted identically - They burst out laughing and called Pat a thief and said this wasn't the first time they had heard the same thing and taken business away from him for his overpriced and dishonest ways. PLEASE - if you are reading this - CHOOSE ANY OTHER MECHANIC OR AUTO SHOP. Bailey's tried to charge me $350 for a $60 wheel bearing. They have no class, tact, professional skills or business acumen. Abandon all hope ye who repair here.

Pat Bailey is a terrible business man, maliciously dishonest, and very, very rude. He's a blight on Olathe. He is simply THE WORST CHOICE YOU CAN MAKE.

Bailey’s have replaced my engine,exhaust,tires,ball joints,electrical,and many other repairs!Pat is super knowlegable and always gives the best price around!Will not take my vehicle anywhere else!

Baileys has been servicing our vehicles since I was a single Mom in 1991. They have always been reliable and knowledgeable and fair to deal with.

All but my first car have been to Bailey's at one time or another, starting in about 1994 with a Ford Escort Gt that needed a new head. After that, they diagnosed and fixed a bad motor mount on a 1990 Probe that Ford Dealer service in Texas had diagnosed as a bad half shaft (and charged me for). After that, it was a Mazda 6 with misfire problems. Now, it's a 2000 ZX3 that is my baby, and it ONLY goes to Bailey's.

I dropped my 2001 Silverado off in the drop box at night. I wrote on there that if the A/C system was going to be a big repair, I wanted the entire system replaced. They basically had a blank check for the A/C system. I got a call just an hour after they opened the next day saying it was done. They simply replaced a shrader valve on the low side, and replenished freon. WOW! They could have made over a grand on me, but just replaced a small part! My entire family has used their service for decades....this is a big reason why.

I've been going to Bailey's for over 14 years. I've had excellent service at a fair cost. I've noticed they have consistently been lacking service and overcharging over the past year. I can no longer recommend them to my friends and family.

Bailey's auto service is getting worse over time. I took to my car for a regular maintenance to the shop. Once I picked up the car, I noticed the engine light was on (which was NOT on before I took the car there). I returned the car to the shop. The car was there all day Friday and all day Monday. I was told, they could not figure out what was wrong and that I should take it to the dealership. When I pointed out that the light was not on before they worked on it, the owner got upset and said "take it to the dealership, if they said it was something we've done to it, we'll pay for it". A response I've never expected from a professional service. In a nutshell, the service used to be good, but the attitude of the grumpy old man (the owner) is annoying. They just lost a customer who used to take 3 family cars there.

I have a 2000 Ford mustang and it had been stalling out all the time. I have taken it numerous places to get it repaired but to no avail. However, when I took it to Bailey's, they not only diagnosed the problem and repaired it overnight, but did so in a professional, honest way that I have not seen in a lot of mechanics. They also charged me a lot less than I expected and were very knowledgeable and upfront about what was to be done. I will definitely be using Bailey's in the future and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for honest car work in the future.

I had a broken exhaust pipe. Their tech guy ruined more than what was broken pulling it in the garage making my car inoperable. They then charged me to cut off what they ruined so I could drive it to a different shop to get fixed. All this took over an hour and a half for them to do. Overall worst experience with a mechanic garage I've had.
