terrible customer service and worse repair service. spent $300 on riding lawn mower repair, still didn't work. they tell you the repair will be ready in a week. 2 weeks later when you call them (because they don't have the courtesy to call you) they say they are backed up and it will be another week. they aren't any better fixing chain saws. stay away from them unless you just want to throw your money away and still have broken equipment.

Terrible. We had our lawn mower less than a year and it needed warranty work. Took it to B&B and they did not listen to our concerns. They replaced a belt and a spark plug. Our problem was not fixed. Why did they replace a spark plug when the mower had been used less than 8x? I have no idea. They also leave their phone off the hook so you can't call and check on your repair. Find someplace else to do your small engine repair!
