I'm sorry to say this was my first trip with Wright Care & it will be my last .. first the driver was 30 minutes late to pick us up ... our appointment was at 11:00 am & I called for the ride back at 11:50 or so ... we called& was told it would be around 30 or 45 minutes ... & we waited for 2hours & 30 minutes total for our over 80 mile ride home... We our 72 years & not in good health ... as far as I am concerned they just kept lying & putting us off ... & why would the government pay someone to come from OKC to Wetumka 80 miles &go back to OKC 80 miles & pick us up &make an 80 mile trip back to Wetumka & then 80 miles back to OKC is beyond me !
